REFUND AND SHIPPING POLICY

At dramaflow.com.my, operated by Chalian International E-Marketplace Sdn. Bhd., customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund and Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery, returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays unless otherwise stated. Tracking information will be provided after shipment where available.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on destination and logistics conditions.
Domestic (Malaysia): 3–7 business days
International: 7–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, holidays, or logistics delays.
3. Shipping Fees and Import Charges
Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. For international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Information
Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Additional costs may apply for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Fulfillment
Orders may be fulfilled from different warehouses depending on product availability and destination.
6. Return Window
Customers may request a return or refund within 15 days after receiving the product, unless otherwise required by law.
7. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds or returns may be accepted if:

- wrong item delivered
- item differs from deion
- order cannot be fulfilled
8. Return Conditions
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all accessories.
9. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be accepted if:
- customer changes mind
- item used or damaged
- misuse or wear and tear
- customized products
- request outside return window
10. How to Request
To request a refund or return, contact support with:
- full name
- order number
- issue deion
- photos/videos if applicable.
We will review and provide instructions. If due to our error, we may cover return costs.
11. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 business days to the original payment method.
12. Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days. We will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
